the location was very clean and comfortable, it was quiet, the breakfast in the garden was fine, even our little dog was welcome and the 'stuff' were very friendly and helpful!!

We found this place just far enough out to not be bothered by crowds but close access by bus and water taxi to all the sights of Venice.
