Very friendly welcome from the hotel owner, and he was more than happy to help us out with finding our way around. The room we had was lovely and quite spacious for the price we paid! Only disturbance we had was of the walls being quite thin (a couple next door having an argument one night) Found that the location... More

By comparing the reviews I’ve red before, I must say it was pretty good. Close to the train station makes the place very convenient. There is a pleasant square where we did enjoy a snack and drink. Hotel is quiet hidden so the noise did not disturb us. The guy at the reception was very friendly, we had a long... More

We have just returned from a 3 day trip . We had a truly magical trip to Venice but were very dissapointed with the standard of accommodation. Firstly let me congratulate the Hotel on their excellent marketing since it looks nothing near as good as the photo's on their web site ! We were literally speechless when we were shown... More

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. It certainly doesn't warrant a 2 star rating. In fact it’s more suited to a Hostel. We booked via Laterooms.com for 5 nights not including breakfast (which was fine) but was expecting the usual other amenities to be included (i.e. air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi access and TV. All the rooms with... More

Lorenzo, the owner is very friendly. The rooms are small, there is very less room to move around. We saw the photos of the rooms and were impressed by interiors. But, actually the interiors are old. We had booked two AC rooms, but got only one with AC , other had a big fan.The location is good, walking distance from... More

We stayed at Hotel Henry in October 2011, its in a great location, near the train station and has everything you need near by. The room was very basic, two single beds not much room to move around, but we were not interested in spending much time there so its perfect to come back to just to sleep. The staff... More

We stayed there as a couple on a budget. Venice is expensive and this hotel is no exception. We paid 300 euro for 2 nights. The bed was rock hard and very small. My partner is 6 foot and couldn't fit in it. The noise of people walking past at all hours kept us awake, as did the mosquitoes buzzing... More

The hotel is walkable from the Santa Lucia train station. There was a train strike on the day I reached Venice. So I was able to reach the hotel only past midnight. When I reached the hotel, it was locked and no one answered the bell. I called the hotel phone number mentioned in the booking slip and the person... More

The room was clean and had basic accomodations. It was close to most things in Venice, but a little hard to find. If you need an elevator, be sure to either ask for the ground floor or else pass--because there is none. The owner did help us get the luggage into the room, but it was a struggle. The bathroom...
