This was a nice place. Very small room but we were in Venice! We wanted to be out and about. the staff was very nice about arranging a water taxi for us very early in the morning. The worst part of the trip was trying to find the hotel. You can't find ANYTHING in Venice...part of it's charm.

Was impressed by room small but livable nicely done. No lift and you need to leave key at reception strange rule and no breakfast room so it is very little brought to your room and doesn't Taste fresh. For such a central location in August we didn't have high hopes but we were more than happy. The owners were very nice and the family room we had had plenty of old world character. Really enjoyed our stay here.
