We stayed two nights in early July in this hotel and it was lovely. Very helpful and friendly staff. Big room. Quiet part of town. Nice breakfast and a lovely roof top bar with a great view. I'll be back asap

Great location, we had the canal-side suite, which was basically a separate flat, with three tall windows overlooking the gondolas passing under the bridge. Once you stop getting lost walking around Venice ;) this is 5 min walk to the main attractions. Good breakfast too.
