Hotel is not helpful when making booking changings. They charged the first night, regardless if the booking had to be postponed to an other date. Seems to me, they want the money and no service. Eventually we canceled the booking an they got snappy on the phone and hung up.

The hotel was fabulous for a trip with late teen, early 20s children. Three room suite in a fabulous location. Beautiful rooms with unforgettable views of the canal and Venice rooftops. The bathroom was dated but completely functional. We would gladly stay here again.
