This is a flat with rooms rented out, it is not a hostel/guesthouse or a b&b. The experience and the place is so bad i actually decided not to stay here after a few hours because i didnt feel safe or welcomed. A lack of customer care, english or organisational skills makes this place hard work and uncomfortable.

This was my first stay at Friendly Venice B&B and my last! I booked this B&B through Venere.com. Almost immediately, I received an email from the B&B (not an individual) asking me what time I would be checking in this morning.
