Good location centred between Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. Quite a way from the train station. Free breakfast was good, packet croissants and cereals and coffee machine. Good start to the day. Looks out on canals. No wifi in most of the rooms only in brekfast room but not at breakfast time.

Don't ask the reception staff for any assistance, they are very unhelpful.
