Our room was small and dark. The worst part was the bed - VERY uncomfortable, and paper-thin pillows. No one at reception desk much of the time. The staff at reception on check-out didn't speak English! Very disappointed. The hotel's location is good - near St. Mark's Sq and the water taxi station.
