Went for Villa Laguna based on all that I'd read on here and was absolutely not disappointed. What a great little hotel. The location is spectacular - you're literally 200 feet from the vaporetto stop, which is incredibly convenient (airport Allilaguna stops in the same place, so there was virtually no lugging of luggage). Also, the hop over to Venice... More

This was a great hotel for Venice. The hotel was so close to the vaporetto stop. Literally the closest hotel to the vaporetto stop. The service was very kind. They offered a free boat taxi to Murano to tour a glass factory. It was great and the taxi ride was real nice. Definitely would recommenced this hotel for an extended... More

We stayed at the Villa Laguna for 2 weeks in May, 2012 and would thoroughly recommend it. Our accommodation consisted of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sitting room with table and 2 chairs, 2 couches and a TV sitting on a chest of drawers. Both rooms had big windows from which was a picture postcard view across the lagoon... My husband & I stayed at Villa Laguna from 31 March to 3 April 2012. After 13 hours of flight and 5 hours stopover in Dubai, we dread the thought of having to drag our luggages to the hotel. But as we exit the Lido waterbus station, about 80 metres away on the right , to our great relief was... More

We did book the family suite last minute so if we had paid less we may have been more pleased. 200 Euros per night. Beds and pillows so hard my kids complained. I am use to the comforts of W Hotels so keep that in mind. I had to hold the on button on the dryer to keep it running.... More

I am sorry that you did not like your stay at Villa Laguna as the majority of our clients. Our beds are fitted with othopedic mattress that some clients find very comfortable while other do not. As for the pillows it would have been enough to ask our receptionists to have them changed with softer ones. You have to keep the... More

We have stayed in many hotels over the years and what we find draws us back to hotels/places are exceptional views and that is exactly what the Villa Laguna and the front facing rooms and restaurant offer. When you are sitting in the restaurant you feel as if you are able to touch the water. We only had the continental... More

I have just rebooked this hotel for the third year in a row, it is one of the highlights of my year. The views are truly outstanding from the magnificent restaurant / breakfast room on the lido. The rooms are well furnished in true Venetian style, with great Occitane products in the bathroom. The staff are very helpful, knowledgable and... More

I found this hotel after a lot of research. I had a LOT of expectations and this hotel just surpassed it by far. This was my third visit to Venice and i had lived on Lido already but the whole experience is just brilliant. The Villa Laguna is a quaint hotel ideally located with the charm of Venice and decent... This was not only our first time in Italy, but our first night in Italy, so I didn't know what to expect - and the Hotel Villa Laguna exceeded my expectations. We arrived on a rainy late October evening in total darkness on the Alilaguna ferry from the airport. The hotel was only steps away from the ferry dock and... More
