This hotel was great value and the room was clean and comfortable, albeit compact. The hotel was ideally situated to explore Venice, very close to the water bus station, and it was quiet on the Lido. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. A most enjoyable stay, I would recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights but didnt realize how difficult and expensive it would be to get to the main island of Venice. A 1 way ticket to Lido (where the hotel is) on the ferry is €6.50. You only have 1 way back to the main island and that's on the ferry, so your looking at €13 round trip.... More

Quaint hotel in central Lido, really close to vaporetto terminal. Rooms were clean and comfortable! The area is also nice, with lots of restaurants around.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Helvetia on Lido Island in Venice, Italy. Staff was wonderful! Very clean, great breakfast service. No problem to leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Felt safe and secure at this location. Extremely easy access to the vaporetto stop and nearby restaurants.
