We got off at the wrong stop, got lost. When we finally found our way the staff was so helpful. The room was bright and cleanish. Bathroom is tiny, but clean. It was so easy to get to the Rialto and St. Marks. It's a deal.

A very nice hotel good location easy access to St Marco ,Rialto, Water Buses ,Airport Transfers and good places to eat.The best One Star accomodation we have ever stayed in. Very pleasant Staff,excellent room service.This is Venice where things are expensive this hotel is excellent for those on a budget I would recommend it to anyone.

Bear in mind that this is a 1* hotel in Italy, and in a very expensive city. Don't expect to get anywhere near what you would at these prices elsewhere. This hotel doesn't do much but does it well. Albergo San Samuele gave me everything I wanted for my Venice stay: a clean room with comfortable bed; good facilities in the shared bathrooms; friendly staff; excellent location. Would happily stay there again.
