Stayed here for four nights, room was amazing big comfortable bed, very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, great location and close to local amenities. Already planning to stay here again next year.

This island is WONDERFUL , its such a beauty and the villa has a cute building , garden and rooms .although its a bit far from the water bus station ( about 15 min walk which was delightful in that lovely streets ) but that keeps it so quite in a lovely area . Our room was on second floor... More

when we first came to the hotel, i was surprized by the distance, cause we walked quite far and need to asked more than 4 persons to finally reach this hotel. we were welcomed by a nice woman who barely speak english. but them came to us a man, i believed it's the owner which we find him not friendly... I had a room where i spend a wanderfull time, and we had an excellent room service. Evrything in this hotel is so cute, that i didn't observe that i'm not home. Breakfast was so abundant with delicious croissants....receptionist was very gentle.explained thousand gladly offered free map where and how to get to visit beautiful places...Beach is 5 minutes from... Villa Albertina. What a name! And what disappointment once you see this Pension (thats the official name on their invoice!). The brochure’s and website pictures and text show space and taste. They talk of breakfast and lounge room. Reality is NO lounge room. There was never one, it was only part of the breakfast room. And now it is office... More

We chose this villa because of its typical flair. The only sleeps 2 room is right at the entrance, which means you will get all the noise of late homecomers. The bathtub was missing the plug and the window sills were moldy. Breakfast consists of very dry and old breads, not much choice in cheese or else. On top of... More

For some reason I booking was overruled with a new one. The owner blames the system!!!??? Very bad service and I don't want to stay there for a second!

Dear Sir, of course we grant all our reservations, but in order to guarantee the reservation we need a valid credit card number! If the card number does not work for guarantee (to make a preauthorisation on the card), then we contact the client immediately (also 2-3 times) in order to send us another card number! If there is no... More

We went to Villa Albertina for the Venice Carnaval. Nice: - you can avoid the noise of Venice and stay at Lido - it is quiet - nice walks at the beach and the winter sun - nice breakfast No good: - staff is not going to go an extra mile to make the customer happy...they actually couldn't be bothered... I have staied with some friends at Villa Albertina this summer in August. We had 3 different rooms which were very clean and spacious. The Hotel has a parking in the garden so we had no problem travelling with the car and we didn't have to look for a parking every time we moved it. Breakfast is good: fresh coffee,... More

If you have to, stay at this hotel one night, not more. Price-quality ratio is very poor in Villa Albertina. This hotel was advertised as a small family hotel, so it was amazing, how unfriendly the service was. Owners were extremely cold, greedy and not interested in our well-being, though we were their guests (noticed this same complaint in other... More
