Decor is v dated but nice clean hotel. Breakfast is mediocre.
After a long exhausting day in Venice, one would expect a nice comfortable bed and a peaceful environment to reenergize. That is exactly provided here. Very clean rooms, bed and bathroom. Good service and breakfast is filling. Good place to stay with family and children.
We stayed at villa tiziana for 3 nights. It's only a short 15 min walk from the lido docks and easy to find. There's always a friendly welcome from staff. The room was ground floor and sadly quite dark but the hotel must have been full at the time so we couldnt swap. It was clean though and cosy. The...

We found this hotel through an information/booking place on the road just before Venice island. We were told three stars and quiet. We were given a map with exact location and told of easy parking along a quiet back lane. The hotel is on Lido island and the boat to venice was supposed to be just a few minutes walk....

Went for a short break to Venice with family. Lido out of season but this was nice as it was relatively quiet compared to the easily accessible Venice. Hotel was OK, my room had a smell of dampness about it (yes, I know it is Venice and there is alot of water around but this wasn't the cause!). Breakfast basic,...

If you have any desire to sleep past 7:00 in the morning, don't stay here! The maids are rudely loud yelling and cleaning so early. But truly, that was our biggest complaint. The front desk staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were small but clean and fairly comfortable. We got moving too late for breakfast, so I have...

I attended a conference in June 2008 that was held at the Lido Cinema (the congress centre on Lido island of Venice), and selected this hotel because of its proximity – it only takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the congress centre. To my mind, the second nearest hotel to the congress centre is the Westin,...

This should not be advertised as a 3 star hotel, it is better described as a modest B&B.They also say there 5 min from the boat but it takes over 10 min. They boast 'private beach upon request'. When we asked about this we were told there is a beach down the road, when we asked about the private beach,
the...

The check-in clerk was rude. There was mold growing on the wall around the windows. There were three boxes of shower caps in bathroom, but all three were empty! When breakfast was served the cappuchino was so watered down, I asked for another. They charged me 5 euro for the pleasure. Still watered down. The manager that checked us out...

Hotel very difficult to find, being miles from the main attractions of Venice and situated on a backalley. The rooms were fine being clean and well decorated but they were very small.
Some staff were fine, others rude and unfriendly. Especially the morning waitress who refused to serve crossants, bread or fruit on our second day but after we left...
