We always stay here when we visit Venice quiet location away from the hordes plus the most cahrming and helpful staff

We stayed for one night. Abel was friendly and helped guide us through with great tips for eating in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good

We had a little trouble locating the hotel, but once we found it, it turned out to be a perfect location. Close to the water taxi stands and it has a WONDERFUL little restaurant right outside the hotels front door. The manager was friendly and so helpful. We would definitely return.

As with all veince hotels, a little difficult to find. However, once located, it is in a great location. Just off a main square, opposite a church.
