Mixed opinions: Positives - brilliant location, clean, good breakfast, room service and Venetian style rooms. Negatives - rude and unenthusiastic welcome upon arrival, the room was small unlike it had been advertised on the website, there was a view of construction; scaffolding & a wall from the room.
