The hotel is a small and has a very central location. The prices are very reasonable compared to other hotels in Venice. The two ladies (owners of the hotels) are very kind and friendly people. They gave us a child bed free of charge (which is almost impossible in Venice). I recommend it

great hotel, close to train station, breakfast good, staff very helpful and informative. we had a canal view room and the view was what you would expect of venice. the room was updated bathroom updated and clean, slept well, we stayed in a superior room and it was very large.
