Good location, easily accessible by Water Taxi and by Water bus( need to walk 2 mins from Rialto station). Decent rooms, in heart of venice, just near grand canal. Friendly staff. Little expensive. Overall good hotel. Only minus is not well laid out breakfast. Just ok.

Beautiful decor. I was afraid in Venice ( inside the island) the Hotels will be old and depressing.
This hotel is beautiful, classy, modern bathroom, comfortable spacious and quiet room.
