The location was fantastic. The staff could use customer service training. Their attitudes were more on the side of "it isn't possible" as opposed to let me try and help.

Room 319 was our room, also. Had no complaints, except bathroom was so big you had to walk a long way to the toilet. Not really a complaint. Two showers, one for disabled. We stayed at the Europa and Regina from April 27 through May 1st in room 319 which was excellent. Service throughout the hotel could not have been better. As other reviewers note, this location is outstanding. We are four adults who stayed in two rooms and took a private water taxi from the airport and the hotel was easily accessible directly on the Grand Canal. The service from the staff was mixed. The older concierge seemed to have an attitude and yet the other one was extremely helpful.... More
