We stayed here at the beginning of June - when there was a waterbus strike! It took us an hour to find the hostel from the Rialto bridge, as the directions are useless unless you get dropped off at San Samuel. If you are over 25 and-or have any knee, hip, back problem ensure when you book you do not get a 4th floor room. The final staircase is a - stair way to heaven and should only be attacked with ropes and crampons. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CARRY MORE THAN 10 kgs. Breakfast s also a delight to be missed.
