a great friendly B&B, fantastic location, will return
My husband, myself and another couple stayed here in June/July 2011 for 3 nights. We chose Ca' Querini San Marco B&B as it was well priced and well located. We booked through email and it was hassle free, they even kindly changed the dates for us without charging extra. We were sent detailed instructions on how to get to the...

We found staff to be very helpful and attentive (and when not on site they come over quickly a few minutes). Levels of English speaking varied, but a little Italian and good will ensured we got all we hoped for.
Entry is into a stuniing Venetian courtyard and the rooms are up two flights of stairs. We stayed in suite...

Cons:
The innskeeper who greeted us did not speak english & insisted (w/o success) that we pay upfront. Sasha did speak english but was only available by phone. Our innskeepers do not live there, there is no one manning any sort of front desk. Our room (#5 ) was a 3rd floor walk-up & it is an efficiency w/ sm...

Excellent location, booking process straightforward, check- in fine.
We booked Studio 6.
"Kitchen" comprises one hot plate and a microwave in the corner of the living room. No sink except small hand basin in shower room so cooking and washing up is very difficult and not very hygienic. Full size fridge + plenty of crockery etc.
Wi-fi did not work....

My boyfriend and I recently travelled to Venice for the Festa del Redentore, and wanted a quiet place to stay, closer to the Biennale than to the tourist masses near San Marco. We both know Venice relatively well, and were blissfully happy with Ca'Querini's location. It was close enough to San Marco to be able to walk there at a...

Very central location but really quiet. The balcony (both window-doors of our studio 5 go out on a small balcony) over a small canal vas very romantic.
Spacious room, very high ceiling. Nice interiour, not too overloaded but cosy and bright. Oven-microwave-combination, fridge, a hot plate and a "signorina" (little espresso-machine) made the stay very comfortable (fresh coffee in the...

We stayed with my husband for 3 days. It's extremely close to St Marco square & quiet! Clean with large rooms & the most important, very friendly. A woman (owner's mum) waited us till 1.38a.m. due our delayed flight! Thank you for your hospitality & smiley faces. We'll go there again - it's a hidden gem in excellent prices. Well...

Well equipped apartment in a charming old Venetian building with canal entry on ground floor. Centrally located between San Zacharia and Arsenale boat stops and a short walk to St Mark's.
Really sorry to write so late! I liked very much the place. We booked the apartment which was large enough for three people even four. The rooms were clean. There were things to be improved like air-condition. No mosquito no bad smell. Very close to San Marco. When you share the rent the price for this location can be considered very...
