I booked Murano Palace as a surprise long weekend break for my husband. I checked many other hotels, and eventually after reading review settled on this one, and we were both very glad we did. When i was looking, i found the hotels in Venice to be very expensive, so when i saw photographs of this hotel, and it was... More

My son and I stayed at this B&B at the end of our 8 day vaction in Italy. Murano Palace was a wonderful place to stay - very clean, quiet and it felt good to get away from the crowds. (direct water bus from the train station is about 10 minutes to get to)...great price too! Cesare is a wonderful... More

This is a great alternative to busy central Venice. Murano at night is quiet and romantic for a stroll around. Cesare is a gracious host willing to accomodate special requests. The room was spotless with a large bathroom. After a series of long flights this was a welcome respite. With frequent waterbus service sights in the lagoon like Burano and... More

We only stayed one night to see the island after several days in Venice but was great, the owners very welcoming, they suggested their sons restaurant which had excellent food.

Our stay at Murano Palace could not have been better. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet sidestreet, very close to a convenient vaporetto stop. The room was comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a large, inviting bathtub. There was a good sized wardrobe with safe and mini-refrigerator that we ulitized daily. Breakfast was delicious - warm croissants, variety of... More

My husband and I spent three nights in Murano Palace, situated in a nice and quiet Murano. We enjoyed our spacious room, very tastefully decorated in Venetian style and overlooking the canal. Cesare is a wonderful host who provided us with all necessary information to enjoy Venice and showed great hospitality. The hotel is very well positioned to explore Venice... More

Finely decorated in a classic way, remarkably located off Fondamenta Vetrai, this small family hotel is a hidden gem. Cesare is an unvaluable host who speaks half a dozen languages and is ready to wait for you fairly late on arrival, provided it is arranged in advance. Quality breakfast. Easy to reach from Venice itself and from Marco Polo airport,... More

This has been one of the more difficult reviews to write. Given the warmth of the hosts I was reluctant to give this an average rating, but given the room we were assigned, I cannot in good faith give it a very good one as well. To bad you can't give 3 1/2 stars. If anything our visit was one... More

Very friendly and helpful service. Excellent fresh continental breakfast. The location was superb, on a small canal of Murano. Peaceful in the evenings, helping you to be ready for a full day's touring around Venice and the other islands. So much glass! And Cesare might show you one of his associated factories that makes chandeliers - a nice personal touch.... More

We stayed at Murano Palace for 4 nights in April. The room we had (the green room facing the canal) was very clean, well equipped and perfect for a short stay in Venice. Although it faced the main canal entrance into Murano, it was extremely quiet inside and we did not hear anyone else in the hotel when we were... More
