We loved our room here. The staff kindly upgraded us to a suite, which was lovely, clean, and spacious. The location was excellent -- far enough away from San Marco to escape the hoards of tourists but also close enough to walk to the main sites of Venice. We would have appreciated free WiFi and breakfast but other than that,... More

When you find the hotel, there is a small sign next to the door that says, "A Small, Charming Inn." I can't think of a better way to describe this hotel. It is is a great location, not far from the Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Our suite was very clean, large, and well-appointed. We had two large floor to... More

Resonable accommodation for New Years eve. Quiet and comfortable. It is only difficult to be found. The door looks like an average entry to the residential building and the hotel badge is hardly visible. The hotel itself is located at the second floor (no lift). Poor buffet breakfast with artificial orange juice! Paying quite a lot for Junior suites we... More

My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4 nights. It was our first holiday together and I just wanted it to be perfect and it was! To begin with, the location is hidden away down a quiet street, but the hotel staff were really helpful and sent us a detailed map in which we had no problem in finding hotel.... More

My husband and I spend in Venice 6 days and were quite happy to find this tiny cosy and quiet inn just in a 5-minutes walking distance from Rialto. 24-hour reception was impeccably polite, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Umberto! He made our stay comfortable. Please, do not ignore widespread advice: ask hotel managers to mail you a map... More

Our search for the hotel took a lot longer than we anticipated, as Venice itself feels like a maze! We walked by the entrance almost a dozen times without realizing it - I recommend knowing what the entrance looks like, and having a detailed map with directions if this is your first time in Venice. The guy at the service... More

We had a great stay at Ca'Bragadin Carabba in April. We had a standard room which did not have a view, but was well appointed, spotlessly clean, dark and quiet at night which made for great sleeping in the comfy bed. The bathroom was by far the nicest we had in all of Italy. Front desk staff was very helpful.... More

In this grand old palace, where earrings were introduced to Europe, there is an excellent and helpful staff. The shower was a self-contained unit which had an alarming lurch but otherwise this was an excellent and central place to stay, close to St Marks Square - but not cheap. The directions are hard to fathom. The entrance is off the... More

We were met at reception with a demand for an additional 120 Euros per night. On one of the busiest weekends in the season, we had no other choice but to agree to pay more than we originally agreed for our room. The room itself was spacious and clean, but in the end, we left feeling cheated!

Dear Customer, I am very sorry that you do not have good memories of your stay at the Ca Bragadin, however I prefer to specify, for all other customers, the controversy that happened to your arrival: You've presented at the reception in 4 people, two adults and two children, you had a reservation for a triple suite room for 2... This is a very nice hotel that is located close to the major attractions of Venice, with a helpful staff and pleasant rooms. Our visit did not start out well because when we got to the top of the stairs to the door to the hotel, I missed the step up after the door and hurt my knees and shoulder... More
