I give it an excellent rating because it is excellent in it's own right. Not a big and fancy place. But if you just need a place to crash in Venice, I found this B & B through Venere.com. It’s very close to St Mark’s square and about a 7 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It’s not a luxury accommodation... More

Beautiful new rooms perfectly located for exploring Venice. Friendly family owned operation with wonderful service. We've stayed in Venice four times and this was our favorite! Wonderful choice. More

The room is expensive but in the end most places in Venice are expensive. Ernesto the owner is very friendly the rooms very clean and cosy! The hotel is very near to everything! I will stay again next time! More

This B&B is closed to St. Mark. We loved the location. Gellato stand right outside the building, along with pizza, resturants and grocery. Breakfast is served in your room once you call down for it. They only have two rooms for rent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We do not stay at B&B but decided to try this one.... More

This place should be for the fit and hearty as you must drag your luggage for several blocks and over bridges. Then there are the 14 steep steps once you find it.The air conditioner must be turned off if you leave and it never seemed to overcome the heat of the room. The room is large by Venice standards but... More

We were a family of three in which the room fit three comfortably. The room is decorated very beautifully and is very clean for a reasonable price. The beds were extremely comfortable (i think it was a king size bed) and each morning between 8:30 and 10:00, all we had to do was call for breakfast and a woman would... More

This is a very nice and very small B&B in Venice. You will get a small but very clean and quite room with air and a great breakfast in the morning. The people are very very nice. They have a good map but finding this little place is hard. Don't look for a big sign rather look for the brass... More

I looked at dozens of hotels in Venice and none looked nearly as clean and high quality for the price. The location was perfect, though the small green door entrance was hard to find. The room was very clean and top quality, perfect Italian decor, a minibar, air conditioner, and we ordered Prosecco on arrival which was in the room... More

Excellent directions provided for us as we arrived by train. We were able to check in early and were greeted by lovely people. The triple room was beautifully decorated and we only had 1 flight of stairs to climb. Excellent location close to everything especially St marks square. Atmosphere was great as we could look out our window to see... More

This mom and pop B&B is nice, it may shock you at first but later on you will end up loving the little hotel. If you are use to big hotels, you may get one in Venice for Top dollars, other than that, all hotels are the same. This hotel is very well located and just steps from Plaza San... More
