I stayed here for 3 nights during our trip through Italy and loved this hotel. The location was perfect to St. Marks as well as the accademia and shopping. The gondoliers stop right outside the hotel. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Breakfast was a small buffet, but nice.

I have stayed in this hotels for two nights with my 4 months old baby and I can only agree with some of the comments that this hotel is worthy at least 4 stars.
