Rooms definitely needs maintenance and the toilet is really old!! The breakfast in itself so poor.. no fruit, no cakes...deserves at least one star less.. To end the situation, the garage is madly expensive.. and if you have a car you can't avoid it.

Stayed at hotel for 3 nights at end of September. Functional, clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location near bus and train station. Good alternative to staying in Venice and Treviso is a very pleasant place itself.

Although I've stayed here quite a few times, the property is aging and needs some attention. Peeling paint, no shower curtains, and although they have put in portable AC units, they are so loud that you can't run them at night. The grading of the hotel should be a 2 star. The hotel is well situated, close to the city centre and train station. But the rooms are not close to 4 star.
