We were very impressed with the quality of this 4-star hotel. The front desk went out of their way to help us fix an error in our reservation. I had booked the room on a nonchangeable rate for the wrong dates. They allowed us to stay and then called our next reservation in Venice to correct the issue with them.... More

We received a very friendly welcome at this hotel and the courtesy and attentiveness continued throughout our stay. The hotel is well presented and our first room was particularly spacious. Unfortunately it was also quite noisy being on the first floor and overlooking the main road. We might have been unfortunate in that there seemed to be a Maserati rally... More

Very close to the historical centre of Padova. Everything functions well and it is very clean. The wi-fi is for free but a bit slow. The Corso Milano is incredibly noisy if you prefer to open the window in stead of listening to the constant hum from the AC. Especially ambulances and police cars in the middle of the night... More

Front of house staff extremely efficient and helpful which made this hotel most appealing. Had standard double room, good size. Central location, in good neighbourhood and close to choice of bars and restaurants.

We picked this hotel as it was rather central and it had a garage for the cars. It delivers what it promises, pretty central location (5 minutes walk from the historical center of Padua); however, don't go there with a big car as you might be told it does not fit into the automatic garage. Rooms are very big, but... More

Very nice, clean room and bathroom, good air-on, excellent location and good price. Breakfast is expensive at €5.50 a head for what you get but you can always eat in the bars over the road for much less. We didn't try the restaurant as it looked somewhat steep pricewise. It is only a short walk into town and you are... More

The location is good, near to the historical places like squares and also close to a lot of shops of famous brands and supermarkets. Also it's just a short walk to the river inside Padova, which is very beautiful. You need to take the bus to the train station, but it's OK. The rooms are comfortable and clean with free... More

If you're looking for local flavor, this is it. We had a great experience at this hotel. On a business trip with my wife and colleagues with tourism as a side experience, this hotel was superb. I will stay here again. Bath features were new and kept, rooms were immaculate, never saw maidstaff, breakfast was American style buffet with a... More

I note some Australian tourists have been disappointed by this hotel ! Hmmm. It is important for them and all others to acknowledge that the Veneto region of Italy is high class. People are well educated, well brought up and well mannered. If you want all the false bonhomie of hotel reception staff, then try the Marriott in the USA... More

If you are going to Padua and want somewhere to stay for a couple of nights, then Hotel Plaza is an ok hotel - but the staff at the front reception are very unwelcoming. If you don't care about service (or lack of it) then this hotel is in a pretty good location to explore the city. We were there... More
