Really bad experience. The hotel is old, there's only one elevator in the hotel, so we waited long time. The service in miniclub is unfriendly, stuff hardly speak English. Rooms are old ,with very bad acoustic isolation, so you can hear everything around. There were problems with hot water in the evening and bad internet - don't pay for that!For... More

We stayed at this resort for 6 years in a row. The first year it was still to be renovated, we were lucky to have a huge family rrom for 4 people! This was our first time staying with Club Med and by and large we had a good time. The hotel is nicely positioned with great views of the Matterhorn from most rooms.
