Hospitality of staff and owner - Ambra, is on the highest level. For Alps and any other mountain areas we prefer to stay in exactly this kind of small but cosy places. This was a great find - we came skiing for just two days and the B&B provided the perfect base. The lady who runs it is very helpful, speaks English and is very relaxed. Le Vieux Rascard has a good location in a quiet area but close to the services. The staff is very helpful and can help you in English as well. I visited this very pleasant B&B in Champoluc, a very nice village with great skiing on the Italian/Swiss border. I was within a party of five and everyone thought that the Rascard was great.
