We recently spent 6 days in Aosta and had an amazing vacation. We had a lovely room with a patio overlooking the Alps. We were traveling with a group and our room ended up being the Happy Hour location because of our fantastic view. I've seen comments/complaints about the two dogs -- they were friendly and I thought added charm... More

I passed the Christmas week in this hotel with my wife and 2 kids and must admit that I am very very satisfied. Here are my comments Location - small walk from Aosta center (around 5 minutes with kids). Very near the train station as well. Taxi will cost around 5 euros. Room - the room was very, very clean.... We finally arrived after driving approx 3 hrs, 1 of which was trying to find the hotel, the description of the hotel and directions provided, must have been for another hotel. The hotel is in the middle of a main road, building sites all around. We though we were going to a nice quite hotel and were looking forward to... More

This guest has made a wrong reservation. He thought that he was in high mountain and he thought that Aosta was more than 600 m. up the level sea. Aosta is a little city and so with normal traffic. It is not to be asked a the quite. We are very impressed about is complain while is has used the... More

After reading all the negative comments about this hotel I was not looking forward to stay in it. However when I went there I found out that it is a great hotel. There was more than enough food, beautiful rooms, clean rooms and everyone does his/ her best to keep you satisfied.

Not easy to find - it might be a big building, but the signage isn't obvious. Smart and modern interior. Large, smart and clean room, although it smelt (and felt) damp. Two large dogs (belonging to owner) wandering around, including in dining room at breakfast. Despite the website advertising two restaurants, only one was open in the evening where the... More

I paid €70 b and b which was OK, and there is nothing massively wrong with the hotel, just a bunch of niggles that don't add up to its four star rating. For instance the satellite TV in the room didn't work, even after it was 'fixed'. They advertise that they will pick you up from the railway station -... More

If you like cold water on swimingpool or during shower, instant coffee (in Italy!?!) and exactly the same for breakfast every morning - it is your best choice. (No) Access to internet - of course you pay for the access, but transfer is extremely slow (sending 2Mb e-mail takes 40 minutes).

Railroad is just behind the hotel but trains are only few (or no trains at all) during the night. Garage is free. Breakfast is nothing special but ok

This hotel is very noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel is situated on a crossroad which is busy with traffic coming out of Aosta and throught traffic from St Bernards Pass. It is also situated next to a buiding site which will be a petrol/ service station when completed. Building work starts at 7am. Hotel bedrooms are very hot... More

We regret that most people mind that an hotel in city center must be out of any road connection, is quite impossible. There is only 1 petrol station that is most helpfull for our clients that have to make fuel in car or have some trouble with. We have 2 dog is right but very quite otherwise could not stay... More
