As always perfect! If you want to experience Bolzano I think there is no better located hotel and also the overall opinion remains perfect. If you book the room with the Christmas market view as we did the first time, than you can really fully enjoy this property!

We stayed there for New Year Eve. hotel is located centrally especially useful for shopping, good access from the park house. Friendly service. Poor wifi connection, only available from the main lobby. Large breakfast, on saturdays (and sundays?) available till 11am. Cozy lounge bar nearby, with modest choice of drinks.

We stayed two nights. The location is just excellent. We can see Christmas market from our window. The space is not big but good enough.The breakfast is very good. The hotel provided free internet and the staff was very helpful and warm.

Every body who loves privacy should stay here.This is one hotel, I never want to leave, they are always very kind, but not imposing.They try their best to help and very professional at their work. U can choose the right room if u book in advance.It is very convienent as it is in the centre of town.
