I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays or anyone visiting Turin as a tourist wishing to get a "flavour" of Turin's historic centre.

The Mercure Torino Crystal Palace is a excellent hotel and I recommend him to all people tha want to have a nice stay in Torino. The hotel services, location and attendants are excellent.

Bathroom fabulous, aircon adjustable , towel Warmer want one , staff kind wifi an unexpected delight with a pword each....

Reception stayed on phone with mother(?) instead assisting me with failing airco and let me come down 3 times. Bath clean but upon starting yacuzi full of old dirt/rust. Big gathering of Polish workman drinking beer outside hotel.
