We chose the hotel based on the location and price. We stayed only 2 nights, so we didn't care much about the room quality. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the centre, Via Roma and Piazza Castello. Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was also good. Room we stayed in was small and shabby, very old and... More

Location was great (in Solferino square) and also in the web there were very attractive pictures which in fact do not reflect the reality at all! It was a shame for me to offer it to the group which I brough with me as I couldn't expect such quality of rooms. If you stay just 1 night, don't mind carrying... More

We chose the hotel based on its location, affordable price and the photos posted on its website that promised a charming boutique experience. The family of four, we stayed in one room, which was quite tight. The beds were not of the best quality, had old mattresses, stained mattress covers and worn out bed covers. This aside, we loved the... More

This hotel was stunning inside and out, very elegant but our children were made to feel really welcome so we didnt feel uncomfortable having them there with us. The weather was torrential that weekend in Turin so the fact that it was walking distance to restaurants and shops was perfect! When we arrived they gave us the option to upgrade... More

As business takes me frequently to Turin, I have stayed in many hotels there, but now I have finally found my home! The hotel takes up the entire top floor of a downtown building - the walking distance to the main square is comfortable five minutes, and the streets around it are absolutely quiet - what a rare combination! The... More

An old charming building in the center of Torino (and an Armanishop nearby). The rooms are cosy. The service is excellent. The staff friendly and helpful, Here you don't feel a number as in the big impersonal hotels. Here in this cosy hotel you are a guest!.

The location of the hotel is good, ca 10-15 min walking from train station PortaNouva, and was very easy to find. The hotel is in a very old building, but the rooms are nice, quiet and clean. The service was very good, particularly the staff at the front desk is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a bit poor,... More

A good hotel in Turin. The building is quaint, as is the hotel. Staff are friendly with limited english. Our room was clean and breakfast was nice. Location was ok, a little bit of a walk, but still within walking distance.

It is usually so hard to find a hotel in Italy that will accomodate four kids. We usually rent apartments but we were only staying a few days and this hotel fit the bill. They have a great family room with upstairs and plenty of space. The owners and managers were very helpful with every question. The breakfast was fine... More
