I stayed there for two days and it was a pleasant stay. There is free Wi-Fi and the staff is very kind and ready to help you anytime. The reception provided us with a map of the city. There is also delicious breakfast. Fianlly the location is excellent! 5 minutes from the Train-Metro Station.

Although the hotel is close to the train station, pretty easy to find it was the lack of customer service and friendliness that truly disappointed us. The hotel advertises itself as a top rate hotel with multilingual staff: hardly any english spoken. The shower curtain showed an interesting flora of fungi growth, the managed to loose my wifes nightgown and pyamas, that were taken (by mistake??) together with the laundry. Inhospitable in general.
