This is all about location. The staff was friendly and we were upgraded to a large suite. Loved cocktails on the deck after a day of shopping. Nicely decorated, boutique option! This is not a budget hotel, but fits nicely into the Milan vibe. We were only there for two nights, but would stay there again without a doubt.

I visited the Gray hotel before Christmas for a business trip. staff are very friendly and professional. the rooms are decorated with small details that accentuate the premium design. it is in the city centre, close to shopping and dining district.

Small design hotel with smart taste for interior decoration. We got a free upgrade with our SLH membership, i.e. a large duplex room, with marble shower cabin. I recommend this hotel also for its ideal central situation, e.g. for sightseeing (Duomo, Scala) or shopping (Gallerie Vittorio Emanuele II, via Montenapoleone).

well ill give the location 10/10 but there is nothing special about this hotel at all , even it was kinda noise near my room #308 , you hear everything around , its good in some points and bad in other points ,
