The double room we got was for 1 person. The bed was moved to the wall, just to make an impression that the room is bigger. It was a cold night, but do not ask me why the hotel switched off the heating. The breakfast was poor, for sure not corresponding to 4*. Although the positioning of the hotel is... More

Nice hotel. Not to modern, but definitely not old. My room was very clean, but noisy which is not bad when being in Milano. Of course if you choose for the busy city centre, you don't mind the crowd. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It took me time to put my review. i just got used on it and how helpful it is. About the Hotel: the guys at the reception always act like dumbs, as if they don't know anything, we booked there since we were in a very high season time due to a Fair held in Milan. the price is very... More

We stayed In October, for a weekend. The hotel is located in one of the main streets of Milan, next to a metro station and also near to the central station. Certainly, It is not a 4* hotel, but it is correct. Very suitable for those who doesn't ask too much to an hotel !. It's clean, it is in... More

Close to train station, about 10 minute walk. Metro station is just a short walk away, and takes you right to the centre. Room was pretty basic, not what I'd consider 4 star. Breakfast was alright, had an average selection. Front desk staff were very good and helpful.

Travelling to Milan regularly I would say this is your average lower end 4* place. The room was really very basic but clean. Breakfast was about average for this category. On the pro side I would record very friendly front office staff (need to mention that I do speak Italian) and a location very close to the metro. The restaurant... More

The room can only be described as “basic” at best. A Travelodge or Little Chef room would have been far superior in every way. None of the plugs worked apart from the inaccessible one which the TV was plugged into. The only working power outlet was situated in the bathroom, most inconvenient. The noise in the room was intolerable at... More

Room is tiny with no decoration, just dark green/grey walls. No power outlets - I had to unplug the TV to plug in my laptop. Whole place rumbles and shakes when a metro train passes. No fresh juice at breakfast. It didn't seem like 4-stars to me. I guess its clean and tidy though.

Pretty shabby. Outlets did not all work. The furbishing looked more like from a cheap hostel. Small, old TV (normally I dont' care, but for a 4 * hotel...) Staff barely spoke English. At least I did not pay for it myself (because I certainly wouldn't have).
