I have stayed at many hotels in Milan and I found the Mirage to be a great value. The rooms are small, as they all are, the staff was beyond wonderful, especially for foreign travelers. Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Beds are a but hard, but the rooms have everything you need.

The hotel is located just in the middle between city centre and Fieramilano Rho. The shuttle to the fair is excellent and free of charge. Clean room, good breakfast, big bathroom, you can get to city center by tram in 30 minutes, the stop directly at the front of the hotel. The area of the hotel is OK, not special but not dangerous or seedy at all. Some cafes and restaurants around. Would come back again.
