My 'Double' room was two single beds. Which were comfy enough. It was clean, and tidy, if a little dull. Also, the bar closes at 10!
The Mini Portello is a small modest hotel across from the Milan convention center that succeeds due to a strong professional effort, both from a Staff service perspective as well as to the updated modern trendy rooms.
The hotel is basic in structure and form, but the finishings, such as beds, bathrooms, wall decorations, and lobby furniture, transform it into...

As another reviewer said, the first impressions based on the lobby Are that of a modern hotel. However, once you get to your corridor, it is very different with a tired decor in need of refurbishment. Although the beds are comfy, the rooms are soulless. Plus points:good location for fiera milano, metro station 5mn away, good breakfasr, free wifi and...

Entrance, lobby, and breakfast are at a 4 stars. Rooms come with a little 2 stars. Convenient location for those who must go to the fair.Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. No bar, no room service. In zona scarsi i ristoranti aperti dopo le 22.Rooms with very old furniture prehistoric. Bar in room very poor
The hotel is near the Milan Fair in an area poor of distractions and attractions. Quiet and clean, with furniture of medium quality, the breakfast buffet provided is good.
One night I spend in this hotel, To sleep is OK!... The personnel has a kind deal with the client and, in my case, they helped me in clarifying some doubts about the city. In another theme, this hotel is far from the Duomo but the subway is to few blocks.
I reserved a double room in this hotel solely for its proximity to the San Siro (it's about a 20 minute walk) a full 2 months before the Italy-France game. Upon arrival at hotel, we were told that they had over-booked and would put us in their partner hotel, which was about 20 minutes away by taxi (thereby defeating the...
