Friendly and knowledgeable staff who speak English. Had a choice of indoor paid parking/ outdoor parking - free for outdoor parking even within its compound. Nice room/comfortable beds/good size bathroom. Good spread of breakfast included in the hotel rate.

IBIS proves again to be a palce to check in when you are in a hurry and passing by Milan. It is close to the tram and easy to access the city. Avoid it if you are seeking for a calm place as the sound of the train might be annoying at night.

good price for the room(for milano)but no good location,terrible bed and even we have book the room from accor site with all tax inc. they charge us with a new!! tax when we get there.the rooms were half renovated (the walls were in bad condition)and there were a lot of noice from inside and outside
