We chose this hotel because it was near both stations we had to use - Garibaldi and Centrale. Both were within reasonable walking distance but would recommend downloading a map of the area. Three of us stayed in a lovely room for 4 nights. Room clean and staff helpful. Just a few minutes walk to Central Station, nice restaurants nearby. When we changed our booking details, staff very helpful and emailed to confirm. Highly recommend this hotel.

This place was a great find for both value and location.........I really liked it here and would definitely come back during my next visit. This place also made it very easy to navigate the city. I felt at home in all endesvors.

I agree with everyone else that this is more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. The hotel though is in a great location, only a 10 min walk to Central Station and 200 metres from the Closest metro which takes you around the city. Only 3-4 mins on the metro brings you to Duomo.
