I have been traveling on business for many years in Milan. The people at the hotel ( reception, restaurant, room etc ) makes you feel at home. Location is great, you can walk and be in Milan Duomo in 5 minutes, everything walking distance. From the airport the bus (number 73) drives you directly at the hotel, bus stop largo Augusto. I stayed at the NH President for three nights. The reception staff initially booked me into a smoking room, which I quickly discovered upon entry, and they were fast to switch me to a non-smoking room. The rooms are very modern. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Bathrooms are equipped with amenities. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food from savory and sweet to hot and cold beverages. I absolutely loved the mini cupcakes. clean and tidy room, newly renovated modern style but you'll feel warm like staying home. staff are nice and helpful, can communicate well in English. great location but not noisy. very near to the Duomo area, just within walking distance. a variety of breakfast for you to enjoy.

Great location a few minutes walk behind the Duomo, the hotel is well connected with taxis and trams outside the front door. The welcome was super and all the staff were really very hospitable throughout my stay. The bedroom was exactly as expected, cold clean and functional.
