I went with a school tour group of 35 students, 5 teachers and 10 parents. The rooms had 2 or 3 students and were fine for the few days we spent there. The only issue was that in the 3 student rooms, there was a double bed and a single bed, and although the double bed was made up of... More

We stayed in in february during the big snow thunders. Neede to say becuase I´m gona talk about the temperature in the room. The hotel overall is very basic. Not a 4star at all. Needs some redesign asap. The temperature in room is really low during the winter tme due to terrible airconditiong/heating plus the old building windows. We werent... More

I have seen that everybody had a great experience with this place, but my impression was terrible even without staying there: i booked two rooms that i had to cancel as we have chosen a better hotel. Due to mistake by the clerk the money for one of the rooms was still taken off my credit card. By now it... More

I am used to go to Hotel Mediterraneo. The reason is because It is located in my favorite area (porta Romana) and has for time to time good price offer. Relating the Porta Romana it is worth to say taht during the day I can catch the metro and in two stops I am in the real center of Milan... More

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is of excellent quality, a few steps from Porta Romana, and therefore very convenient for travel by public transport. The rooms are comfortable, though there was a problem on the reservation, and upon arrival I was told that there were no rooms available, so I was forced to share... More

Decent hotel (although charging for internet access is a crime now days), fine for business, but the neighborhood is a bit far for tourists. Close to the metro (and only 2 stops from the Duomo), but not much around the area to inspire one. And have to agree with others on the cost, a bit pricey for what you get.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and overall it is a place I would recommend . The place is clearly a bit old and probably not exactly what you would expect from a contemporary four star hotel. That said, the rooms are well kept and they are extremely clean (even though a little small). The staff... More

Prior to booking this hotel, I read a lot of reviews saying it was overpriced and not a 4 star hotel. From my experience, it's true. But, if you can get it at a lower rate (any kind of special offer or discount) and if you're not aiming for a super luxurious option, this is a very nice place to... More

Very satisfied with service, room and full buffet breakfast (best ever in Europe). Received a very good deal ($120US through Hotwire). Only difficulty was finding hotel from closest metro station, however other than that, seamless visit.
