Couldn't be closes to a metro station, and a 10 min walk from Central station. The area isn't great, there are a few cafes and a tabac. My biggest disappointment was the service. I stayed 3 nights and always enjoy a gin & tonic from the mini-bar before bed, however the minibar wasn't replenished at all while I was there... More

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much: it is a small, good-quality hotel of its kind, with good room facilities (although the safe, at floor level, was too awkwardly placed to use). The area immediately round about is not attractive, but it is right by a Metro station which can get you to the main station (which... More

We only stayed one night on our way to Tuscany and loved it. The marble bathroom was opulent, loved the black and white decor with the red chairs. No need to leave the hotel, everything is there. We went to the bar for pre-dinner drinks, restaurant for a meal, the steak was cooked perfectly, buffet breakfast was good also. The... More

I stayed at Capri, Sorrento, Napoli, Venezia and Milan during my 2 wks hols in Italy. I rate Crowne Plaza as top 3 of the 5 hotels stayed. Full amenities included. Breakfast isn't included. There are many cafe at Centrale station, so wasn't an issue. The location is good, <10min walk to Centrale station, and 1 metro stop. It made... More

Easily accessible, just a 10-minute walk from train station, and Metro station is just at the hotel main entrance. Free wifi in room, you gotta get a separate user name and password for each device, just ask the staff at concierge and they are happy to help. Traveling in mid March, and was told that air con couldn't be turned... More

This property sits on an intersection along the very busy Via Melchiorre Gioia near Milan Centrale station. The immediate neighbourhood is typical of the dreary residential areas surrounding major railway stations all over the world. But that is where the bad news ends. The hotel itself is a relatively new property. Rooms are spacious, modern (without being hip or cutting... More

We had a couple of days in Milan and needed somewhere that family of four could stay relatively inexpensively. This place was great - interconnecting rooms, very quiet (when you had the windows closed) and very nicely appointed. Also above the train station, 3 stops to the city for 1.50 euro. Beds were great ...and an iron, not usually found... More

This is probably my favorite hotel in Milano. The room are small but very nice, the service is great, it's really at the subway station. Once I had to cancel my first night at the hotel for a problem and I cancelled really last minute but they were so kind that at the end they didn't ask me to pay.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were clean but rather small, so as in most Europe hotels. Breakfast was good. Bathroom door was a nuisane, got locked in and had trouble opening it from inside because of the small handle. Rooms had aircon so it was cool and the beds were comfortable.

We booked our Italy vacation through virgin vacations. We selected our the tier 2 rate for accommodations so I honestly didn't have high hopes for the hotels....but this exceeded my expectations. Yes, space is tight. But what eurpean hotel is big and spacious? They must have recently renovated because the hotel and rooms were in very near new condition. This... More
