We had a really enjoyable stay and the staff (Chiara / Sonia) we so helpful, despite never having heard of Gene Kelly, did everything to make our stay a memorable one. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. They gave us a wonderful laugh. Anne & Derek, Kent, England.

I had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is so helpful and friendly. They bend over backwards for their guests! They took great care of my laundry and provided a power adapter at my request. I would definitely return, next time for a longer stay!

We stayed in Room 101 on the ground floor. It's huge and very comfortable. The whole front wall is composed of French windows which give great views of the lake a nd beyond to the snow covered Alps. The Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are wonderful, the views are terrific and the staff is very helpful. The staff made great suggestions for places to eat and was always pleasant and helpful. I look forward to returning.
