This very luxurios hotel is so impressing. Each floor has its own gallery different periods in Italian history. Very clean rooms, great breakfast (and food in the restaurant). Staff is very helpful and pleasant. A stay to remember indeed.

Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and speaks good English. Hotel decor is a little over-the-top but rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed over the long Easter weekend. The internal decoration of the hotel is on a par with a museum. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a mini suite. A very nice upscale hotel. Extremely nice staff, lovely grounds. March is a very off time of year but weather was very warm and nice, no crowds. Faces Lake Maggiore, 5 minute walk to town, so great location.
