I srayed at hotel Smeraldo recently and I'm really satisfied. Rooms are really good and clean. Btahrooms are great, with bathtub and shower cabin. You can see the Garda lake from the balcony. Only objection is that waitresses were a bit rude and didn't show ebough respect.

Bad accueil low food quality. We were positioned in satellite hotel without being informed, dinning room too crowded. Personnel absolutely not flexible. They offer bikes that are broken. Not adequate for young children. Beauty and relax promised but only possible by making a massager coming in your room!
