Overall a good hotel, but not as great as many reviews state. We had a slight check-in problem, but this was solved reasonably well. The location as such is good, the restaurant view is fantastic. The rooms - I think almost all of them - have great view of the lake, good breakfast, easy (and free) parking, helpful staff. Not exactly cheap at high season, but the view you can enjoy during an early breakfast is really stunning. Don't miss the Trattoria San Bernardo nearby - the best food I've eaten in Italy ever!
