We paid 120 euro for a very small room with terrible fluorescent lighting and the tiniest shower I've ever seen. Maybe if we'd gotten a lake view, it would have been better, but our window opened to the back street and a bright street light. At least it was close to the train station.

We spent three days in this hotel. Excellent location, magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. The staff was very friendly. The hotel room was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Very good value for money

Good location, close to everything, the lake, the tourist attractions, the shopping, the funicolare up to the hill Brunate. Perfect location very close to the train station,over looking the lake , lovely view from the room. great value for money, clean , very friendly & helpful receptionist. Wonderful food. Child friendly. Would certainly go there again.

Wonderful location, right on the lake, at the foot of the funicular. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast room and adjoining terrace were a great way to start the days! Several nice restaurants are located in the immediate area.

The hotel is easy to find and is in a great location at a reasonable price, however the rooms are small and basic but you get what you pay for, I will say that the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are also quite a lot of other caves and eating places within a short walking distance,
