i was here for 2 nights the city and the hotel is just great the staff is very nice and helpfull.... though the breakfast has limited items but the quality of food and rooms are very high.... the dinner is quite decent... the hotel is hardly 5 min walk to the lake and 5 min walk to the town centre...

The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from the Giovanni Train station and a supermarket, and 10 minutes from the center. The service is very good, both at the reception desk and the dinning room during breakfast. The room was cozy, very clean and quiet. Good value for the money. Breakfast is included in the price.

Completely average 3* hotel. Free Wifi (though you need to request a new password every day) was good.
