I lived there for 1 month and I had a pleasant stay.
Room is small but equipped sufficiently. In-room kitchen with cooking tools, big fridge, micro-wave. Bathroom has hair-dryer. Only thing I didn't like too much is bed, which is extended from a sofa-bed.
It's 3 minutes walk to the supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the train station.
