The advertisements showed very nice rooms with sea view, but we got rooms in the side building with no sea view, paying prices for sea view rooms. The rooms were large but badly decorated. No rugs on the floor but a small carpet/kilim The bathroom was falling apart and filty. The receptionests were not friendly and did not speak English....

Arrived in a storm dripping all over their reception area, with no luggage and no reservation - the staff went out of their way to make us welcome. They had every opportunity to charge us what they liked, but did not - go the same rate as those with reservations.

We had a terrific view of the beach and promenade through 8 foot tall windows with old fashioned shutters. The sound of the waves on the beach were soothing. The staff was friendly and slightly fluent in English.
